What violent thing did he do
Resisted arrest with a concealed firearm.
Any 90 IQ+ CCP holder knows youre in extra danger when interacting with police and to always immediately tell them you're conceal carrying and to comply fully.
He didn't even come close. He basically did the opposite of every thing he was taught.
Not only did he not do this, he resisted arrest while reaching for where his gun had been 2 seconds prior.
Either someone assumed he was reaching for a firearm that was still there (they didn't know it had been removed 2 seconds prior) or they thought he was reaching for a 2nd firearm (there's no law of physics that prevents you from carrying two weapons).

He could have screamed I have a gun and these untrained officers would have said we didn't hear him and shot him anyway.

Oh, my bad. That’s a good enough reason to shoot him?
99% of the time = no.
Just like when you drive 80mph in a 50mph zone - you don't get caught over 99% of the time.
That doesn't make it OK to do - nor is worth a fart in a tornado in your defense when you get caught.
And guess what? - IF you are so unlucky as to get caught speeding, and IF you are carrying a weapon, it is a pretty good idea to announce that to the arresting officer before you start giving him any lip, or resisting him in his lawful execution of his duty.
And it is a good survival idea even IF it is a 'bad stop' - Let's say you were NOT speeding. It is STILL a bad idea to start giving the officer a bunch of lip, and resisting him - ESPECIALLY if you are carrying a weapon.
Yes - in the latter situation, the officer would be severely sanctioned for shooting you - but you won't be around to enjoy your 'victory.'
Life comes with inconveniences - how we handle them makes all the difference in the world.

The exact time to be extra careful is when you are dealing with a bad/dumb cop.

He’s filming the government trample over the 1st 2nd and 4th amendment. I thought republicans like the constitution
He initiated physical contact with the officer. As I said before, if he would have stayed on the sidewalk he would still be sipping soy lattes.

The officer crossed the street to push him when he was filming. That was first contact.

That's a straight up fricking lie. What videos are you watching of this incident? He never approaches them, he tries to help another woman to the side of the road, turns around and gets a face full of mace, then gets shoved to the ground.

Why was there? Did he seek out the interaction?
Honestly I’m not sure it’ll make much difference legally, but may effect the teachable moment
What if he was just grabbing breakfast and was a guy that concealed carried - and then saw the operation so he pulled out his phone and kept out his phone when the woman next to him got launched.
It’s possible he followed the via social… but also possible they dumb luck landed on the same block at this point
Other than simply having a gun on his body, we haven’t seen terribly aggressive behavior on this one and having a gun is allowed.

Wrong. The agent pushes a lady, and he gets in between the two and initiates contact.

His own parents told him to not mess with ICE operations or he will get hurt. This wasn’t just some random guy filming, he’s been doing this.

My eyes work. The guy was holding a loaded semi automatic pistol while fighting with law enforcement.
What the frick is wrong with you?

Really? I've seen a lot of Democrats say they want Trump voters exterminated. Tell them that.
