It talks about NABU and agents with secret apartments...But most of all... There is a recorded conversation:
One would think that's all and it couldn't be worse. Right?

There was a time when it was necessary to admit: NABU is ineffective, its leader needs to be changed. This provokes resistance from the US ambassador. Why? I think because the NABU leader intervened in US politics during the US presidential election [in 2016 on the Democrats' side]. Mr. Sytnik, despite Nazar Kholodnitsky's ban, announced pre-trial investigation that the Party of Regions' "black box" lists have [Chief of Donald Trump's election headquarters] Paul Manafort. True, he neglected to say that there was [former Presidential Advisor to President Barack Obama] Gregory Craig there .
When Kholodnitsky asked him why he did it, he said he wanted to help [Donald Trump's rival] Hillary Clinton.
These revelations by the NABU chief have caused a storm in the United States.
I do not know how, but the Americans have received an audio recording of Mr. Sytnik's conversation: he is resting with his family and friends and discussing how Hillary would like to help. Part of this audio recording was made public by MP Borislav Rosenblatt. And he gave me a statement. Honestly, I was uncomfortable with taking the document out of his hands because it was not for Rosenblatt to fight corruption in Ukraine. But I am obliged by law to consider it, and now the case [about interference with the US presidential election] is being investigated by the HBB.
Here's the answer to why Mrs. US Ambassador Marie Jovanovic defends Sytnik. It seems obvious to me

Recordings are all well and good, but I'm gonna need hearsay and lots of it.

Even then it's all gonna depend on how it makes you feel afterwards. We'll have to test your array of feelings and then you may issue an opinion.

Well, as I learned on Wednesday, it’s actually more reliable than first hand accounts.

Someone's interpretation of what those words really meant, is far more valuable than actually hearing the words themselves. Let's run this by everyone who was in the building(s) at the time and present their opinion first. These facts are nonsense.

Well, look at the agenda, they can’t use facts

Yessir, and if I recall correctly he even framed the statement by saying something to the effect of "As we've learned in many painful situations, hearsay can be better than direct..." I believe he was also referring to instances of criminal conviction based on hearsay evidence. Described such instances as "painful".
Painful things are typically the route that we seek to avoid if I'm not mistaken. For all sorts of reasons.

I know your joking but the Republicans on the committee should do an open test among the committee members live on TV.
A committee member on the far side of the panel will whisper a statement into another committee members ear. Then he will tell the same story in the same way to next committee member, and so forth until nearly the entire committee heard the story. The last person will need to say the story out loud and the first person will corroborate or deny the facts in the story. That is why in a court of law hearsay is inadmissible, but in a kangaroo court of politics hearsay is okay.

That actually makes it more believable because the "law" is a sham set up to be manipulated by those who are "expert" at the "rules".
Nothing about the law is about the pursuit of the truth.

They'll have to take one of those "where are you politically" online quizzes. If they don't fall in the bottom left quadrant, their testimony is unnecessary and they probably should face criminal indictment for some process crime.

It is frightening to think an elected official, that is a damn lawyer on top of it, would say that.

That's all fine and dandy, but what did the FEEL like he said?
