HCR3 - Bill to stop K-12 Covid Mandate is in the Senate Health and Welfare committee @ 9:30 am this morning. It appears Republican Senator and Chairman of committee Fred Mills will NOT vote for Bill even in the event of a tie vote (likely). If the vote ends in a tie the Bill dies. Please call Senator Mills office (337) 845-4240 and ask him to vote Yes to stop Louisiana from being the first state in US to mandate Covid vaccine for school age children.

Only state in the nation with this shite.
Mounting evidence it kills more than it saves.
Absolutely no evidence it stops transmission.
Zero percent chance children are affected by this virus.

Louisiana still gonna screw over families and children for no reason.
Definitely on brand.

Want homeschooling to take root further? Push this shite.

Health of the kid outweighs access to public and private schools. I’d rather my wife homeschool than have the younger kids get the shot.

my kids will never get the shot. We will do what we must to ensure this, and if that means sacrificing my wife's income to home school then so be it.

Hope he's not shocked when people start making threats to his kids.

This is such an obvious tell. If it's that easy to opt out, then why have the rule in the first place? If most people will opt out, what good is the rule?

Secondly, aren't you saying by admitting this that it's likely that the least informed parents will be the ones that do not know they can opt out, leaving their kids the most likely to get these shots?
