This guy really needs to be fired.
I'm done defending him. Sessions is seemingly part of the swamp.

Yeah, it's over. Time to repeal and replace his arse.

I have a feeling y'all will be changing your tune on Sessions in due time.
I will join the chorus of replacing Sessions if noting happens in the next 3 months plus/minus. I've decided to be a little more patient than the crowd.

I know this was Ross Perot, but there is some similarities.

That's Dana Carvey playing Perot on SNL.

Because the “storm” is approaching.

Not a fan of Sessions. However, look at the past to judge the present.
Our previous two AG's inserted themselves into every fricking thing they could. They were high profile. They had agendas and by God, they were going to make sure the press carried their water for them. Their agendas included restoring the animosity between the races and ripping apart the unity of the country, fostering racial division.
Everyone on here not a Lib wanted to bash them in the face, get them off TV, have them melt into the background and do their jobs, which means cloaked investigative work behind the scenes, and then acting after the preponderance of evidence leads them to conclude that action is necessary.
How are we to know if Sessions isn't doing just that, and is returning the Justice Dept to it's rightful place as not setting or following an agenda, but instead following the rule of law and practicing complete professionalism by handling matter without leaks or overt agenda? I think there is a fine line between doing his job and stepping over it into an advocacy that he wants to avoid. Since I was so dead set against Holder's and Lynch's activism in their roles, I have to give Sessions the benefit of the doubt here because he has not taken that step into partisanship, which is what the Dept of Justice is supposed to avoid; tipping the scales.

Same here. I am hoping he has some festivities planned for the approaching one year election anniversary. The melt would be epic.
