I’m sure MAGA folks think private citizens videotaping police stops/arrest should be a felony (talking about the non-interference taping). The prevalence of that technology has rocked your world.

You would be very wrong. I want as much accountability and truth to come out, regardless.

I'm just suggesting that "not going out quietly" (which you should define, really) is a poor decision. If it is happening, it is happening, and resisting will do nothing in your favor. Unless you're trying to be a martyr.

Private citizens? What exactly are they? Why don’t you go film yourself resisting and not going quietly? We will wait.

I would suggest you do less drugs and leave your mom’s basement more.

Yes, I had no fricking clue the dude behind me was police until the lights started in his dash window. Was a black charger with tinted windows.... It just pissed me off because had I known I would not have done the U-turn

I can’t imagine if officers in unmarked uniforms come to my city. I don’t protest but would not be detained quietly.

If you had another group of people, who were defacing property, and spraying ant-American graffiti all over, breaking wimdows, setting shite on fire, looting, and assaulting peaceful citizens and wreaking general havoc, would you still be against arrests?

What did you do to cause them to detain you?

I tend to behave my self when Cops are around, so most of my interactions have been with unmarked. They are usually more professional, and my primary thought when seeing the bubble light up on their dash is "dammit, I knew that was a cop".

I've almost always only gotten warnings from unmarked. They will typically only pull you over if you're being a dumbass, and when you admit you are a dumbass, they're cool.

Marked on the other hand have unofficial quotas to meet.

It's much more satisfying to break those rare control freaks mentally rather than physically.

Like the a-hole that pulled me over for passing him on the right on a rural 4 lane divided highway with him traveling at literally 10 UNDER the limit. Asked him about impeding traffic when he stammered about passing on the right. Then hit him with his own improper lane change, illegal window tint, expired inspection sticker on his windshield, his lack of pride in regard to his disheveled appearance, improper display of uniform.

He was spitting fire but left me alone then. Didn't even have to mention I grew up with his boss and could guarantee his presence with a single phone call.

It’s a response to a comment about breaking the law,
douchevagmuch. You do realize that traffic infractions are part of the legal code don’t you?

Of course they are.

You stated that you would resist an officer of the law who has the right to detain you.

That is a part of the legal code too, dumb dumb

You must've been driving like a tool for a detective to pull you over.

Got pulled over by a marked police car outside Corpus Christi once, and while the officer was running my license an unmarked F-350 dually with a camper bed pulled up and a giant black dude in straight olive drab fatigues with a side arm got out and talked to him. I wasn't worried but I'm pretty sure someone with my model truck was running drugs.

Without a clearly marked “police” or other identifiable markings, how would I assume this camo outfitted person jumping out of a van has that right?

When you are detained, said law enforcement officer will identify themselves and read your Miranda rights at the time of arrest, should it escalate to that.

Got it?

Not a detective. Yes was a state cop & I was polite (yes sir/no sir). Guy got so recognized in that stretch of 4-lane divided highway that one day he was driving 5 MPH UNDER the speed limit until one car finally passed him and was immediately stopped.

Almost every city of size has plainclothes units.

Now you’re talking about rights? What rights did you have to break the law and burn down buildings/statues? Since you keep alluding to the Antifa/DHA arrest.

They have badges for DHS on their uniforms, dumbass.

Yes I understand you think officers in camo you can buy at Walmart & jumping out of vans to detain you are ok.

Again, don’t break the law and nobody is jumping from vans to detain you.

You seem to be missing the 50 days of protests that lead to this. You understand escalation of force/tactics, right?
