Because setting the price of something at 0 without increasing supply is a recipe for disaster

What the Medicare for All promoters never mention is that there will be very long waiting lists

Amazing how people support this

Even if that were plausible, the bigger problem would be how to expand the number of medical facilities and equipment.
These socialist libtards can't seem to think past square 1.

This guy at my work named Sultan was basically saying this. He said people need to become doctors for the greater good and because they want to help people, not because they want to make a lot of money. He said we'd be better off if doctors who were only in it for the money quit.

pay medical students tuition to compensate for lower salaries. but, personally, I dont want C students operating on me. Give me the A students.
to provide care for all though the training facilities can take care of the uninsured in lieu of medicare for all.

Most of modern democrats believe this while also demanding to raise pay for teachers and public servants in order to “attract the best people”.

There is a reason why medical personnel with much less qualifications than doctors are getting more autonomy.

With not enough money to spend on this the Medicare for all will have reimbursement rates closer to Medicaid so many of the current good providers will go private. The ones who will work for peanuts will give sub par healthcare and their services will be rationed as in every other socialized medicine experiment.

Coverage is not care.

they will just declare any nurse as a qualified doctor and then pass a law saying they are immune from lawsuits if the kill anyone.

liberalism and/or socialism are both easy if you remove all responsibility or repercussions from negligence

No, he won't. I think it's time for my favorite Sunday Bible Story:

Satan is taking a newly arrived man around Hell for a newcomer's tour.
He shows the man a giant cauldron with people boiling in it. Some try to climb out but they are forced back in by demons with pitchforks.

The man is horrified and asks who the people are.
Satan: "They are capitalists who sinned."

Satan then takes the man to a larger more fiery hot cauldron with people boiling in it. But when a person tries to climb out he just slips back into the muck. There are no demon guards.

The man asks: "Who are these people and why are there no guards?"

Satan: "They are communists and when one tries to climb out the others drag him back in."

No need for more doctors. Just ration care. Simple.

Nope. From a reputable school, those qualifications come from 3 years or more bedside nursing, then entrance into and completion of a master’s or doctorate level program with 800 hours or more of clinicals. Then, work under a supervising Doctor. There are only a handful of independent practice states.

Facts matter.
