It's like the cap for American taxpayers is $750 per, while the cap for foreign noncitizens in Israel is $6100 and in Ukraine it's $6700.

I’m more pissed we gave $385 million to fricking Lebanon when we can’t even get proper federal dollars to replace the I-10 bridge over Mobile Bay and they want to do a damn toll in it. We shouldn’t be sending any dollars overseas until our needs are met at home.
