I haven’t been sick with anything in 2 years, but I’ve also been taking vitamin C, D, K and zinc for...2 years.

K helps you absorb D3. I take them together in a liquid suspension of mint oil extract. I take C and Zinc separately.

I also take liquid black seed oil (yuck) for arterial health.

If I happen to start feeling sickness coming on, I will augment those with chlorine dioxide liquid drops. They hyper oxygenate the blood and fight off infection/inflammation very fast (within 8 hours).

I am O+. All my kids are O as well. We have all head many exposures, none of us have ever tested positive or had antibodies on an antibody test.

I have O- blood, tested every other week. Negative. My best friend and his entire family all had Covid except for one son, who tested negative even while continuing to live at home and doing nothing different. My co-worker's wife, children, and mother all have Covid, he continues to test negative. Both of those guys have O- blood as well. Anecdotal I know but the MD I work with thinks there may be something to it.

Actually had a conversation with a friend at the gym about this. He is 0+ and has had covid 3x. He said the first 2X were no big deal. The last time he was on his arse for a week and felt awful.
