A quick peek at the police body cam videos can confirm this if SFPD uses them. Also, any nearby security cameras could have caught the perp when they walked him to the car.

So, no concern at all that it was retracted from the source, FOX KTVU, that you gave? Perhaps the pundit on the clip you gave (Fox News segment) used this as his source also? If there were legs to this, don’t you think Fox News would have this detail as a headline? Or literally any other conservative site? Or are we going with a mass coverup ?conspiracy on this detail?

I believe everyone will bury a story if a powerful person tells them to do it. Including Fox News, even if it's a democrat.
The bigger problem is you not believing that. You probably do if it's the the correct circumstances, yes?

I believe something if there is objective evidence that it is true. There has yet to be any provided. Every news site that has included the detail about the underwear has said KTVU is the source of the info, who retracted that statement.

Multiple new sites (not sources) reported that a source (KTVU) reported it, which has now been retracted. There is no other “source” for this information. If there is, please share.
