They were Biden/Harris employees. Now they're Harris/whoever her veep is employees. She doesn't have to create a new organization. She was already part of the old one. She gets to inherit it.

In a Fox interview with Senator Chris Coons (D-DE), he was asked why no one from the Administration was there to greet the Israeli PM when his plane landed in DC. Not even the Sec’y of State was there. He gave some BS answer.
Interviewer also said VP Harris will not be attending dinner party for the PM. No word if she’ll attend his speech before Congress.
