Given 45 minutes yeah he probably could have. Normally shooters are not given that much time. But a couple 9mm pistols with extended magazines would accomplish the same thing an AR does. Of course they’ll go after pistols next.

Every compromise takes us closer to their goal of banning guns and further away from the 2nd Amendment.

They give up nothing, gain ground while Constitutionalists lose ground.... every single time.

It doesn't matter how many House GOP support a ban. It's interesting in that it may mean their GOP constituents are more center or center left. The House has the votes to pass a ban without the GOP. What does matter is if the Senate can get 10 GOP senators to cross over. That may be difficult.
