His selection process is unconstitutional to start with. So if his nominee is down with that it should tell you all you need to know about how she’ll be on the Supreme Court deciding if other stuff is unconstitutional. How he is allowed to get away with this is beyond me.
If I were a member of Congress vetting her I’d absolutely grill her on what she thought about the constitutionality of his selection process and it being based on two protected classes
