Followed by a snap of blue lights behind him..

I called to see if he needed me to get him out of jail or call the coroner.

This is where it gets crazy..

He walked away with no shots fired, no knees on the back, not even a speeding ticket. He got a reckless driving ticket, and was on his way..

All he had to do was be respectful and comply. Weird how that works. Anecdotal, i know, but i thought i would share.

It's a good thing he didn't run into Sheriff Pepper.

bullshite! If you had said 85 mph this would be believable. But no cop is letting someone off without a ticket when they did 110mph.

Ive actually seen a state trooper let a car full of drunk 20 year olds off scott free for doing 110 with open containers and a solid BAC on Labor Day weekend. Thank God the girlfriend wasnt drinking that day

But he did get a ticket. A ticket for reckless driving. The cop probably didn't want to haul his arse to jail for going 40-50mph over the limit and have to do the paperwork.

Funny thing is, he said he had been drinking crown.. I asked if the cop smelled it. He said "naw, i had been eating popcorn and shite"...

Whoa whoa whoa....stop right there. You’re telling me that if you’re respectful and don’t try to run away from the cops, that it’s ends amicable?

This is the difference. This is what black athletes and celebrities should be talking about.

He fricked around, found out...

...what happens when you’re mature enough to understand that the cop is just doing his job and you peacefully cooperate.

So instead of being a dead martyr that assholes will use as an excuse to riot, loot and burn over, he goes home safely with a ticket that he’ll likely to be able to have busted down to a non-moving violation. That’s how you do it.

amazing right?

Hell, i'd say in 2020, if a black guy is respectful to the police, they would just about let them off for anything

You forget that this is NOT a requirement under the law.

Sadly, some police believe it is

I dont think anyone in this thread has alluded to that. But it sure helps, with any social encounter, not to be an a-hole. Even if the other person is.
