H1B Visa progress

This is a start to stop importing and investing in foreign students to take our high paying tech jobs
Corporations now have to pay or the individual has to pay $100,000 versus $1,000 for the H1B program.
Now the Corporations have to look inward and hire from within versus bringing in all the Red Dots etc…

It hasn't been implemented yet and only applys to new visas not the millions of fraudulent H1B bodyshop visas already here, and is just a one time fee not annual
Also does nothing to address other visas like OPT, H4EAD and L1

I know how the scam works. I know how H1B body shops operate, how H1B shell companies operate, how the H4EAD visa is abused to put spouses in HR positions to gate keep, and how green card managers get kickbacks from H1B bodyshops
No one knows more about it than I do
Ive worked along side entire teams of H1Bs, ive had to manage offshore teams of Indians, ive worked under H1B green card managers and VPs, and have been the victim of many sham interviews conducted by Indian gatekeepers and have been laid off for H1Bs that I had to train to get my severance

It’s a step in the right direction.
If it costs the end user “aka the mega-Corps” to front $100,000 on the front end before seeing end-results, then you don’t known business at all “SlowBrain”
But that’s to be expected
