Yes you want no one to have guns except criminals.

They are obligated to use discretion.

So you are cool with a Dem gun owner refusing Proud Boys, Jan 6ers, MAGA, and such?

If they feel they are dealing with someone who is potentially an actual threat. Fortunately members of said groups are nowhere near the problem ANTIFA thugs are.

No, don't think you are much of a winner in life at all. Poor, stupid, and willfully ignorant have a tendency to be losers as you demonstrate.

That's the FFL's prerogative and, in the case of an Anifa zealot, it was the correct choice.

It was also a smart business move from what I've been reading.

Good for this store owner.

NO, IT IS NOT GOOD

So a gun store owner can refuse to transfer a gun to you because you support Trump?

Our rights must apply to all citizens or they are useless.

Antifa is a group of violent extremist Marxists hellbent on a new American revolution.
They are not to be included in any form of normal, rational political debate.

It's all fun and games until they won't sell you a gun because you voted for Trump.

Not really.

I wouldn't want to support their business if that's their default stance.

Pretty sure you get to choose where the gun is shipped. I personally would not choose one known to be run by progs.

Ive never had one shipped without contacting the FFL first.

This he/she that supports violent overthrow of our government was just setting the FFL dealer up.

You talk a lot of shite for someone with no skin in the game.

This private business owner saw what was obviously a Left wing loon involved in a setup.

He used HIS discretion and decided getting sued into oblivion wasn't an option he wanted on the table.

You are a typical wannabe badazz Internet tough-guy with no stake in this at all.

Puzzxy.....

Is the guy who wanted to purchase the firearm legally able to do so? Has he made any threatening statements or stated that I will take this weapon and shoot up a bunch of conservatives or anything in that vein that would make the seller step back and say I will not sale this weapon and refer him to law enforcement? If the answer is no I may be in the minority on this particular issue on this board ,but a Constitutional Right is not subjective to what you believe politically. I get it and I believe ANTIFA are scum ,but where do you draw the line? You can't say you support the Constitution and then deprive someone of thier rights just ,because you don't like what they believe.

Edit: I missed this little passage in the article

quote:

There are several other red flags on the man's business card, too. He shows support for opposing “gangstalking” and has several references to "targeted" individuals, both of which are euphemisms used by left-wingers to describe police harassment.

That may constitute threat. I would have to see the card ,but that is still a slippery slope.
