He wasn't. False premise.

You know what else would be a real time save? If the left would just say “I want and actually like the idea that 3rd world gangbangers can come to our country and rape and murder my fellow citizens. It actually gets me off. Even better is watching our own children die of drug overdoses.”
I'm not on the Left. My views on the Bill of Rights are as conservative as you can get. I'm 100% for stopping illegal aliens from coming to our country. I'm 100% for removing all illegal aliens from our country.
I don't know how I can be more clear. President Trump faces a massive task trying to clean up the dangerous mess made by Biden. His team is off to a great start, but there are bound to be some mistakes made in doing so. It's just crazy-making to watch y'all pretend mistakes haven't been made.
It's a waste of time for me to continue to respond to the juvenile personal attacks...although I'm taking the day off from work....

Do you know what “mouthing” means? You’re getting blinded by my personality. Focus on the argument, chap.
You keep changing the argument once you look silly, as is your style.
There is no "mouthing" involve, again, which was part of my point.

That’s not the point I was making.
Laws do not create ordered societies. This is beyond your ken. I refer you to my previously quoted statement.

Correct
Nor should Americans who support our Constitution want this system

Are you saying that every single person screaming about Trump and the Constitution is making a good faith argument? That would be an amazing argument for you to make.

You have lost this one pretty badly. I would pretend to have an important appointment if I were you.
You can come back in a couple hours and this thread won’t be on the first page with the scarlet L on it.

See, here is the problem. You would have us believe that these are the two options for dealing with lawlessness... it just isn't true.
In my local news, a story popped up about a bank robber... who was out on bail for a PREVIOUS armed bank robbery in 2022.
If the US got real about dealing with crime, in a constitutional manner, we wouldn't even need to be discussing what's going on in El Salvador.
We are weak on crime and it makes our law abiding populace envious of how Bukele cleaned up his shithole.

Another pivot.
Keep doing your schtick of responding to posters' points with grandiosity and then pivoting when scrutinized specifically. Then you can double down on your schtick and tell people they can't read when they point out your pivoting.
It's so you.

Why do so many of y'all think you know better than ALL of the judges and justices who have reviewed the law and the facts in the Abrego Garcia case? Even Clarence Thomas and all the Trump-appointed Supreme Court justices agree that it was illegal to deport Abrego Garcia to El Salvador.
Ultimately, those same justices will probably rule that nothing can be done now to order the return of Abrego Garcia to the United States. As a practical matter, it doesn't matter because Abrego Garcia could be legally deported very shortly after his return.

Improper. It was the fired Trump admin employee that said illegal and the court cited his affidavit. The ruling states the removal was improper.

I never said that.
I said our system doesn't permit his authoritarianism and those who support our system should not want his authoritarianism and the rejection of our system.
If you want a different system, that's not a false choice. You just have to admit it's not our system or our current Constitution.

If we got through the living hell of the mid-70s through the mid-90s, then we're fine today (when crime is much lower).

We are weak on crime and it makes our law abiding populace envious of how Bukele cleaned up his shithole.
We were in "shite hole" status in the 2-decade period I referenced above and made our way out without resorting to Bukele-esque policies. Why would we do them now when things are so much better?
