CDC released their 2018 mortality report in January of 2020.

Dr Birx said yesterday other countries may not be attributing deaths to COVID that die due to underlying issues, but in the US all deaths that test positive get labelled as COVID deaths.
Kind of reminds me of the "man made" global warming debate. Man has an effect on the environment. Whether negligible or not, all meteorological events will now be attributed to man.

Deaths from any illness and car wrecks gonna be way down for 2020.
