Gyms are definitely included in phase 1. They lobbied that in at last minute with the WH

Is that worth opening up for?

Can't imagine that works for a movie theater to make money.

Open 2-3 screens, limited seating, limited staff. Probably a wash in terms of being worth it.

movie theater

They have a bigger problem because Hollywood isn't going to be releasing movies when the vast majority of theaters in the large cities are still closed...

Really makes no sense for them to open at all...

I'll give it a shot this weekend...from what I've seen in my neighborhood it's going to be crowded.

Just text the waiter at our fav restaurant and told him to hold a table the moment they open up.

or make zero

You're not following.

Sometimes making zero is "making" (really keeping) more money than opening because it costs money to turn on the lights.

But I assume they got input from some theaters stating they could make money at that level.

No gyms or barber shops yet...

If you're going to open Malls and Theaters and confine people, there is no reason a gym cannot be open. This is airborne and not spread by sweat.

I lied about the gyms. It's in the national Phase 1 but I guess this is own version

They are allowing sports with up to 4 people starting Friday

Thank goodness I'm balding and can do my own hair

But ya, there isn't probably much real difference between these different types but whatever, take what we can get.
