Gov Abbott Presser: Texas Open May 1 for most business

Starts in 5... Rumored that in-store shopping, barber, gyms, and restaurants all allowed to open next Monday, within certain guidelines.
ETA:
All Retail, Restaurants, Malls, Theaters can open May 1
Gyms, Barbershops, Bars in phase 2
No fines or jail for not wearing a mask.. EO that supersedes local governments.
