How do you stop 50-ish percent of a democracy from regaining power ?
Either the 50% part or the democracy part has to change in major ways. Thats why I said I dont believe the people of the country have the guts to do what needs to be done.

Nothing hidden about it SFP. Those are just facts. The Constitution and the democratic process were designed to protect our culture, heritage and faith. When those that oppose those shared qualities gain enough power, it is time to move on to something else.
Unitary Executive theory and getting rid of constitutional guardrails like the filibuster are a step in the right direction, but only if they cant be undone or used against us by that other 50%

Tell that to those democrat Fed govenors and those democrat activist Federal Judges.
It appears the Cabal has militarized every single activist federal judge against President Trump and MAGA.

The United States of America was ordained by God to be governed by conservative men of God. However, this is a wicked world and nearly 50% of the people who can vote support communists.
I don't believe that percentage. If stricter voting laws are passed and enforced, watch the number of Democrat votes dwindle.

Not doubting you here, but do you mind explaining why, please?
The way the law is presently structured, the president cannot fire policy making employees of certain federal agencies. Therefore, a republican president could have to deal with and find ways around democratic employees in policy making positions in order to run the government as he sees fit.
Nothing in the Constitution allows this. The executive branch is clearly given to the president in Article II.
This will not dismantle the civil service or allow the president to fire employees within the civil service without going through the processes and protections put in place by Congress. This only impacts policy making employees, which are generally those subject to Senate confirmation upon their appointment.

You realize the Unified Executive Theory basically establishes that 4th branch of the bureaucracy right? Overruling this precedent will strip Congress of its legislative power and transfer it to the executive to shape that 4th branch outside of Congressional oversight.
Just call me Nostradamus.

That's what I meant when I said you have to reduce that number. It very well may be true, but their ideology renders them unfit to have a say. The number has to be reduced in a substantial way so that they cannot have access to the power that the President is carving out for himself.

This is what I predicted you’d say….
quote:
SFP will be here shortly to explain why Gorsuch is wrong and there really is a 4th branch of government and it has more power than the president.
This is what you then said…
quote:
You realize the Unified Executive Theory basically establishes that 4th branch of the bureaucracy right? Overruling this precedent will strip Congress of its legislative power and transfer it to the executive to shape that 4th branch outside of Congressional oversight.
I predicted you would (1) claim Gorsuch is wrong and (2) claim there is a 4th branch of government and (3) claim the president has no power over them.
You then argued that (1) Gorsuch is wrong (2) there is a 4th branch of government and (3) the president has no power over them.

I predicted you would (1) claim Gorsuch is wrong
And you were wrong. I did not comment on Gorsuch's words at all.
quote:
and (2) claim there is a 4th branch of government
I said this ruling would establish that 4th branch, which is a future tense not a present tense. Do you understand the difference in present and future?
quote:
(3) claim the president has no power over them.
Which I never said. I said CONGRESS will have its legislative power stripped.
So 0/3
Again, is English your 2nd language?

This will eliminate departments created that were separate from existing departments. There are several created by a rouge faction of the Democrats. The challenge is that you can’t fire these people. Truth is….they have one foot already in a food line.

scares me to think what a Commie President and Commie congress would do with the power President Trump has managed to acquire.
Trump hasn’t acquired any new powers the president didn’t have before.
And the left will do what they want when the reacquire power anyway.
