Will it be enough?

Two things worth remembering:
1) The Republicans so far are doing ~122K votes or 0.67% better in #earlyvoting than they did in 2016. The GOP won 241 House seats that year. And they are doing better!

Not only that... look at this:

2) GOP is doing better in states with competitive races (AZ, FL, NV, WV) and not doing as well in states with fewer or no competitive races (NC most notably). Could be result of better GOP planning or more energetic voters. Either way, that's what you want.

What about the other side? Are they not doing better as well?

Early voting is up for everyone.

That's the info I'd like to see as well.
It's gonna be close. Real close.
Which scares me as an American.

If it starts to look favorable for Republicans tonight, I'm going to pour some whiskey that pairs well with salty tears and turn on CNN.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, if independents break Republican, even barely (51/49) the Republicans win the statewide races in Florida.

The Dems are counting on the polls being correct in showing independents breaking for Dems, but that typically doesn't happen.

Independents broke solidly for Trump last time.

We shall see though. The polling in Florida has consistently looked pretty damn horrible, especially for DeSantis. Hopefully those polls were based on bad assumptions.

CBS is now saying it is very likely the Democrats will take the House of Representatives. LOL The polls haven't even been open 4 hours so what in the hell are they talking about?

As a first time early voter I am a little worried to get to excited over early voting.

Yes my vote counts as part of the early vote, but I have been an election day voter the last several elections.

I don't know if more early votes will translate into more total votes.

I was tempted to try to vote twice but in Georgia they scan your drivers license and I am a Republican so I doubt I get away with that kind of Tomfoolery.

I can’t say which way things are going to go tonight, but this isn’t good for Dems. There is no enthusiasm gap between the 2 sides, and repubs are showing up in force. They might lose seats but it’s not gonna be without an all out fight.
