Part but not do or die. This tax bill as it is written will help out a good chunk of middle class in Alaska.

We don't have state income taxes so high cost of living isn't an issue here with taxes like other places.

FWIW, according to reporters on twitter, it's not uncommon to have handwriting in bills.

I would lose my mind in the Senate if I'm not allowed to pass the time on the internet

So after this bill hopefully passes tonight then what happens?

The bill would have to go to the house for them to approve?

Conference committee, which contains members from each house, meets to iron out the differences between the bills passed by each house.

Allowed 529 savings plans to include money for k-12 tuition education. Right now you can only put money in for college I think.

The two bills passed by the House and the Senate go into a conference committee to iron out the differences and make one final cohesive bill, which both chambers then have to approve.

I think the vote for the final bill are straight up and down, no tricks, no debate, etc.
