He’ll be in there for 5 minutes before the signed pardon from DJT arrives.

So take him to court and have the judiciary enforce the "subpoena".

There it is.

As long as they control the evidence allowed...the Dems are fine. Open Court...equal representation...all evidence...they are toast.

It's definitely an odd situation. Congressional subpoenas have traditionally been complied with based on norms, so we'll see if they try to enforce this or perhaps just add it to obstruction impeachment counts (Rudy says he was acting on behalf of DJT).

Great move. Disrespect to the disrespectful. Now if all the Republicans will walk out of those Committees...that'll pretty much doom the whole Muh Impeachment fraud.

Republicans aren’t allowed in the committees. The democrats have barred them.

Failing to respond to subpoenas was part of Nixon's impeachment articles that passed through HJC, so...

Clandestine subpoenas get ignored.

You can’t obstruct something that doesn’t exist.

What a great narrative that would be!

"They are trying to stop the President from defending himself during this which hunt. They don't want the public to see or hear anything that they're doing, but want all my documents so they can cherry pick them for talking points for the MSM"

I mean, that's one take. Another is that it's the only strategic move they (Giuliani et al) have.
