Seems like for most of my existence you would have been put under the jail for something like this. Now I guess its perfectly normal for a grown man to expose himself to a room full of underage girls in some peoples minds.

The thing is IF the establishment chooses to cater to ALL, including the mentally I’ll trans types, they need to make the proper facilities for separation of these nut jobs or get out out of business by losing clients. This ultimately is on the private establishments.

At the second school, he allegedly pushed a girl into an empty classroom and felt her up. How does the skirt (if he was even wearing one at the time) play any role in that?
At the first school, he and the girl had a pattern (acknowledged by the girl) of sneaking into empty restrooms for sex while all the other students were in class. How does the skirt (if he was even wearing one at the time) play any role in that?

As far as I can tell, this line of discussion is not about whether that particular kid (unrelated to the OP) did or did not rape that particular girl, but RATHER about whether his (allegedly) wearing a skirt at the time played any ROLE in that rape.
I have questions about her (lack of) consent to at least PART of their sexual liaisons, but for purposes of examining the the INTERESTING issue, I am willing to assume arguendo that the actual sex (as opposed to the meeting) was entirely non-consensual, if that helps you focus upon the issue at hand ... the skirt.
Does that make it easier for you to focus?
