Lol oh fricking K

quote:

"Black Lives Matter is, to me, not a political issue but a simple statement of something I believe to be true. It's a movement. I want to work toward ending racial inequality. I want us to promote social justice, and it's really important that we amplify voices of marginalized groups and create pipelines to increase diversity in this industry in particular."
Kapler has been outspoken in his beliefs in recent weeks. He addressed reporters

Promote diversity in MLB? It's the second most diverse sport in history after soccer, WTF does that even mean???

It is nothing but a political issue pushed on a 100% false lie of a premise

This statement right here is an example of gaslighting.

Meatheads, it’s nothing but political. None of these clowns know what they are talking about or actually understand what they support

I can understand how an uninformed person would think that.

Until they look into who BLM really is.

So many sheep out there.

Every American should support the sentiment that black lives matter. No American should support the group. They are actively working to destroy our country.

Gabe Kapler was too far left for my former team the Boston Red Sox. That should tell you everything you need to know about this puppet.

I agree Gabe. Let’s start with firing and banning your whiteness from MLB and hiring a POC replacement.

basically this. It’s bs that they can’t be separated. Hating the group BLM means you hate all black people apparently

Here's the bottom line and I'm sick of the sports media, the mlb and the organizations ignoring it. This is why I'm not watching. There is a difference between saying "black lives matter" and BLM inc. If they would just recognize that, I'd be perfectly happy. They won't.

They are pretending there is no difference. They aren't going to insult my intelligence. Sports journalists aren't much different than your typical journalists. They either a) aren't very bright or b) are content to push an agenda and ignore reality.

So if you want to say "black lives matter". Yes they do. If you want to ignore that saying black lives matter doesn't have different connotations and mean other things to people, then you're a fraud and not intellectually honest.

This is very similar to the flag issue. You can scream all you want that it isn't about the flag, but it doesn't matter. It means different things to different people. It's all about optics.

The whole line about promoting diversity in baseball, fricking 33 countries are represented by baseball and American born AA's make up 8% of MLB.

Like what fricking more does he want? It to be 50% AA? More AA managers? More AA owners? Like seriously

For the first time in my 68 years and probably in the life of pro baseball a political message was used on the playing field.

I will not watch one inning of pro ball this year - including the playoffs. Guaranteed.

Diversity is code for more black people. That's what it always means.
