Yes. Gaslighting is making a false statement and propagandizing simultaneously that the false statement that was made is "true" and should be "self evident" to the target.
It is brainwashing, doublespeak.
So yeah, the statement "BLM is not political" is definitely a textbook example of gaslighting.
