You will notice all the stories are about Trump and if he can pardon himself. Not a single one about Biden or just the idea of a president pardoning himself unless it is about Trump.
Because we know it's coming, Biden is going to preemptively pardon himself.

The answer is likely yes.
Ex Parte Garland gives the President substantial, virtually unlimited power for federal pardons and the Court has reinforced that for like 150 years now.
Given this Court's Immunity ruling, I don't see them drastically reducing the power of the Executive

I doubt he pardons himself.
No doubt in my mind he would be found incompetent to stand trial.
Harris and the cabinet need to start the process to invoke the 25th amendment.

Fine. Let him pardon his son and himself. He had best pardon his brother as well because I bet he knows where a LOT of skeletons are buried.
