Significant to note that among the GOP tonight in GA06, the more closely aligned a candidate was with Trump, the worse said candidate did.

Wrong as usual. The demographics have changed a lot. Trump won by 1%. This is no longer a lock for Rs
Perhaps what you should be asking yourself is why did Tom Price win the district by 20% but Trump was only popular enough to win it by 2?
There is more nuance to this then you are wanting to accept.

So why then would you think a nationalized race would be any different six months later? This is not local, it's Dems vs Trump. Similar results.

TRUMP!!!! I like the guy and will vote for anybody who helps him fulfill his agenda.

He did poorly in many affluent, educated, suburban areas in the country. For obvious reasons. He over-performed in exurban, rural, uneducated areas. For obvious reasons.
Trump won "some college education" or "high school only educated" voters 52-44%. He lost college and post college grad 55-41%.
However, in income, he lost those making under $50k/yr 52-42% while winning $50k+/yr 49-47%.
This seems illogical. If trump supported are so uneducated, why are they making more money?
White guilt?

so what does the runoff look like?
favorite going in?
A few head to head polls showed Ossoff narrowly beating Handel.
Once people remember who she is, she'll likely go down in support.

horse shite, $8M to get what the bitch got? When there is another regular election the usual people will show up and this district will be like it always has. recounts! Hamilton electors! Kansas! Georgia! Dems keep pushing horseshite narratives over and over and not one has happened like they said. They just go one to the next one. If they ever hit on one that will be the one that really truly without a doubt most assuredly means something! I wish I could visit an alternate universe where the God damned media isn't North Korean style shills for the dems, just to see how that works.
Post of the day my fellow Yellow Jacket!

How do you think someone like Mary Landreu kept on winning in Louisiana?

It would not be local if it was one of the nameless Trump-supporters (Gray?) who came in 2nd, but Handel has a very specific history in the state. She is not well-liked, and has lost a number of elections handily.

What the hell is wrong with college-aged white girls these days?
They are a bleeping embarrassment. I can't wait for Generation Z to grow up. Bleep these little millennial snowflakes.
