Colton Moore is not my State Senator but I sure am happy he is stepping up to lead this. Even though I support DeSantis, I agree that this DA should get swift kick in the Fani 
and out into the street. Put some pressure on Kemp to use that new Georgia law that empowers the governor to remove DAs who fail to do their job.
The Colton Moore's district is the north west corner of Georgia, south of Chattanooga Tn. Nothing but small towns and scenery up in that part of Georgia.

So I did get a response from my rep and unfortunately Moore stating that the GOP has 3/5 support in both houses is inaccurate , think it’s 58% in H and 56% in S

That said the new law Kemp signed into law that allows the House to remove rouge DAs is in effect but the regulations governing removal will not be finalized before Oct 31st of this year.
The big question is how many votes it would take to remove a DA. If it’s 3/5 or 2/3 then the new law is essentially useless but if it’s simply majority it’s highly likely Fanni will be removed.
Should know more in the next few weeks.
Btw—my rep stated that it’s highly likely anyway that the case get moved to Fed court based on everything he is hearing behind the scenes
