She mad.

State Rep. Dar’shun Kendrick, a Lithonia Democrat, announced plans to file legislation she’s calling the “testicular bill of rights.”

“You want some regulation of bodies and choice?” she said in a post on Twitter. “Done!”

A pair of Georgia Democrats are planning to file bills that address “men’s reproductive health” as a way to highlight the differences in how health care is treated between the sexes.

The proposals would target men’s health and impose restrictions that the sponsors said mimic what is being asked of women.

quote:

Kendrick said she asked legislative staff to draft a bill that would require DNA testing once a woman is six weeks and one day pregnant to establish paternity and require the father to begin paying child support.

Kendrick’s proposal would also require men to get permission from their partner before receiving a prescription for erectile dysfunction medicine and wait 24 hours before purchasing pornography or sex toys in Georgia.

quote:

The move is a response to the passage of anti-abortion legislation in the state House that would ban the procedure once a doctor can detect a heartbeat in the womb — which is usually around six weeks into a pregnancy.

Actually not a bad idea.

Their partner is usually the reason and that verbage violates HIPPA.

paying the child support would be a good thing, and some men should have their balls cut off....that would not include me, because the surgical team of mother nature and father time already preformed that procedure

The area is beyond a shithole.

Doesn't surprise me the area produces a rep like that.

1) silliness

2) Do you know they do not have the ability to PINPOINT the actual date of conception? So, "about six weeks" is fine. To say "six weeks + ONE day" is goofy. What? We are gonna trust the bitch to tell the exact date (and only day) that the fricking happened?

Well, other than this part:

quote:

require the father to begin paying child support.

No chance anyone should be required to begin paying child support before the mother has even had the baby.

As for the paternity tests, she's going to find that a lot of women are going to disagree with that also. I bet women will be the most enraged by that suggestion, because they don't want everyone to know they sleep around.

Any law that starts child support before a baby is born, is a non-starter and opens up a Pandora’s box, considering the after birth abortion law popping up....

BUT, wouldn't this law acknowledge that the "thing" growing in the womb is a baby and therefore acknowledge that abortion is murder. Also, if they decide to continue to ignore that and the mother decides to abort, wouldn't the "father" then be able to sue to recoup payments (maybe with interest), plus possibly for pain and suffering due to the woman killing his child?

I think this is a stupid bill based on some dumb reaction to prove an invalid point, however I could definitely see it blowing up in some faces and hilarity / in-fighting ensue.

As some have alluded to in prior posts, why should a man pay child support when abortion rights activists tell us it's not a child? How does the left justify calling it a child yet it's not a child at the same time?

Darshun seems unaware many men don’t have to pay “child support”..they actually live with and actively parent their children with the mother.

So baby momma can get pregnant, collect child support then legally kill the baby at birth.

Got it - thanks Democrats

Wouldn't that require an invasive procedure to be performed on the mother?
