So in anger that little MFer voted against La. Majority Leader Scalise for Speaker of the House.

All you BR residents also need to remember he also help push the GOP voting for the 2 year long Omnibus budget bill across the line causing a deficit of 2 BILLION dollars per year to be added to our already existing 33 Trillion dollar debt.

This is exactly how you get funding from the GOPe.

Let me let you know a political secret, ALL politicians take credit for shite they had nothing to do with. If it rained money in Baton Rouge Graves would put out a commercial about how he worked tirelessly to make that weather happen.
I know for a fact he busted his arse to make things right regarding FEMA grants after the 2016. People who simply APPLIED for SBA loans and didn’t receive a penny were still not allowed any grant money. The loan amount counted against us. He worked hard to get that law changed.

You can’t convince idiots that they aren’t idiots.

Their tribal affiliation means they can’t admit to being wrong or thinking for themselves. They’re just as much a bunch of feckless rubes with NPC tendencies as anything on the, “other,” side they lament incessantly have to offer.

The lack of critical thinking and groupthink is disheartening.

Downvote all day, but I guarantee I know more about DC politics than you ever will.

That’s nothing to be proud of. It’s a cesspool.

You live in DC? What do you do?

Graves is being demonized because he is in house leadership. Would you rather him not rise in leadership and as a result get less federal $$ for the 6th congressional district for important projects like the Comite infrastructure?

He’s a piece of garbage that is a net negative on our party and our country.

Part of the problem
Or part of the solution?
One of us or one of them?
For me it's just that easy.
Vote him out!

He and his ilk are sure not helping matters and attempting to change appropriations and cut spending that is necessary to right the ship and pull out of this downward plunge into debt.

A substantial portion of this thread was posters happy that he brings government funding to his district. frick Garrett Graves and his pork barrel colleagues who don't want to run this government like a business fiscally.
