She's not wrong, Debbie was blatantly using the power of her position to sway Dem voters to give the primary to Hillary in complete contradiction to their own rules.
The die-hard Dems will crucify her for daring to say this, especially the hardcore Hillary supporters that either tried to justify or ignore Debbie's shenanigans.
