if the gap had won GA would have been fricked. Business would have slowed down before the hoax and we would all be under lock down just like cali and Michigan. I feel like at this point though only Savannah and Atlanta/Fulton County would be listening to her.

THey aren't even closed you can go down there and sit outside them and drink. Service even had food trucks there Saturday.

Dude if you want to kiss Kemps a$$ go right ahead. I voted for him and would again against the gap toothed socialist. But remember he is swampy. He appointed the carpet bagger corona virus profiteer Lloffer when Trump wanted Collins.

Glad I was wrong about Kemp. Voted for him, but didn't think he'd turn out as good as he has been. To think we could have been saddled with El Gapitan is frightening.

Most of us who were lukewarm on Kemp weren't that concerned about his performance as governor. I mean Deal was a pretty swampy dude and ran the state well. We were worried about the election, and I don't think that concern was misplaced.

The polar opposite setup that resulted encouraged the massive amounts of money that came in for Abrams and it was obviously a close call. Democrats with money love these races where progressive nuts square off against entrenched conservatives (Beto, Abrams, etc.). I guess they just seem the as high risk high reward endeavors.

Honestly I still don't think Kemp is a particularly bright leader, but he doesn't need to be to successfully run GA. That said, Kemp has rolled the dice more than I thought he would, so if it pays off for him I'll give him the credit for boldness.

That's not correct. In fact, Trump snubbed Collins on a relatively recent visit to GA.

Lloffer

She's a weak candidate but she's an outsider. She had never held public office in her life, until Kemp appointed her to a US Senate seat. Prior to that, she had just been a business woman. That's not so swampy. Speaking of swampy, lets talk about Collins... Been a politician since 2007 in GA congress, then in the DC swamp since 2012. Prior to his political career, he was government contractor selling hazmat to the government, then ran a law firm. Swampy swamp swamp!

Doug sucks.

The hit on KL, IMO, is that she has been groomed for politics for years, going back several senate races. She's been a strategist pick for a long time for almost every vacancy in GA.

We can argue about whether it's too inauthentic, but GA needs fresh, conservative political blood. We've been a "next man in line" state for so long (see Handel, Isakson, Kemp, etc.) and the bench just isn't very good. Doug is just mad that the "next man up" racket changed before he got his turn.

Trump wanted Collins before Lloffer was appointed.

I think this is generally accurate but Trump strongly backed Kemp's choice after the fact.

The reality is that Doug is the worst kind of Trump sycophant and I don't think Trump's loyalty to Collins extended beyond that.

My 17yr old son's room. Raised right as rain but he’s fricking pissed he can’t vote for DJT as his birthday is exactly 29 days later than 2020 election day. I told him we got this buddy

I was furious Kemp took the easy way and shut things down and then extended it for a while. But I’m glad he’s opening things up now.

I’ve been gong to Lowe’s every weekend and my gym opened today. Will start visiting restaurants too.
