Say they do that. They’re recalled. Great.
They got to vote on national items hundreds of times.
Court appointments.
Spending.
Defense.
All fraudulent.
The means to redress fraud in this case is completely insufficient relative to the scope of the damages incurred. As a result the consequences should be absolutely draconian.

Anyone can claim they are blatantly rigging elections until they go to court and lose 60 cases…

Booooooo of course now the Dems can't the "no standing" treatment they used on every Repub back then.
It's good that was ruled on though.

RINO refers to MAGA.
That much is obvious…

This may sound harsh. But every single person who has tried to destroy our country within need to be charged with Treason.
They have done a LOT of damage to this country and they have destroyed the lives of half the country by brainwashing them to believing that normal, hard working, law abiding American citizens are racist Nazi fascists.
Back in the day, it did not matter who was in power.. at least the majority of the country could still get along with each other

This was specifically over the Dems dragging out the counting for weeks until they could generate enough votes to win.
It's an awesome ruling
, albeit late.

They can feel the walls closing in.

Sorry, Dems, no standing.

I’ll say it again: they are going to use the constitution to shield themselves while they destroy the country. The constitution was never intended to be a device that can save the country from people with bad intentions. The founding fathers were clear about this. People like SFP and this:
Are happy to watch it happen as long as they can puff out their chest about being in accordance with the constitution.

Which clause of the US Constitution are you referring to?

I agree with everything you said, but the answer is quite easy regarding constitutional authority.
Both the Time, Place, and Manner clause in Article I, Section 4 and the 14th Amendment give the federal government a legitimate basis to investigate the conduct of federal elections.

Ah yes. Politics is about framing the issues.
Who has a problem with Federales digging around private citizen voting results.
Certainly not the GOP abandoning the rights reserved for the States…
If they cheated, people like you do NOT want that to be proven.

Muh principled Libertarians would rather die at the hands of an illegal alien than to try to fix the weakness' of the constitution. Of course they will claim illegal aliens dont kill Americans.

Sort of hard to lose a court case that never happened. Everyone of those cases were dismissed without one single shred of the evidence they had ever being shown to anyone. Thats why they are panicking now. A federal judge thought there was enough evidence to sign a warrant.

Just say I flunked 9th grade civics, it would be easier.
I missed the part in our constitution where it says the states have the right to "fix" federal elections, could you point me to it please?

I see they are going with the ole tried and true, but we already had a recount.
Well if you stuffed bogus ballots, and then kept recounting the same bogus ballots........that aint an audit my friend.
Their own state board requested this info several times as did the feds, to no avail. At this point it is blatantly obvious they are hiding the fix.
