Being President? He was AT BEST mediocre.
His foreign policy was mostly good, but he also did NOT exit Afghanistan, and continued our drone policy.
He didn't bother at all with getting any signature legislation passed.
His biggest Legislative Achievements are:
Tax Cuts - Great
CARES Act - Catastrophic failure
Social Justice Reform - Catastrophic Failure
He then COMPLETELY failed at his biggest test, COVID.
He routinely attacked real conservatives like Massie, and attacked Republicans like Kemp for reopening.
He NEVER VETOED A SINGLE PELOSI SPENDING BILL. W who you all hate vetoed...NINE.
He spend 8 Trillion dollars, more than Obama in 4 years by a lot.
Then lost an election by a lot to a dementia riddled old man.
He didn't pardon J6 defendants, or Assange. He did pardon some rappers.
And when Biden took office, because he had no interest, or requisite knowledge/skill to pass substantive legislation, everything good he did was undone instantly.

Do you think a Convention of States is a few weeks endeavor? The COS effort he's supporting has been underway for years. Something like 19 states have passed the resolution and another dozen have active legislation for one.

It won't pass, because States have literally never done it. There has never in our history been a Constitutional Convention with an Amendment passed by the states in that manner.
