And THIS is the point. The point is to call attention to the issue, to keep it going, to make it a national talking point, and eventually, some day, get some version of what they are looking for enacted.

Some of the binding resolutions on this go back to 2004 I think 
Its a long process. It isn't easy.
FL and Desantis should be applauded for trying to put their money where their mouth is and make this happen faster. They should be applauded for ACTUALLY attempting to do something, knowing the chances are slim.

Named his son after the only founding father that wanted to push for Term Limits
that wrote about Term Limits in law school
That pushed for Term Limits multiple times WHILE in congress
That is now putting a large effort into getting a CC going for Term limits.
I assume you will give him vast credit for consistently attempting to limit politicians power.
