Gross negligence is the actual burden of proof. Therefore she was guilty and this is proof of a cover-up or intimidation.

The left will destroy the country because their ideas are stupid and they are corrupt to the core - just look at the excuse-making in these threads after a year of picking nits to smear Trump.

The left is perfectly fine with it. I think most eagerly support it. Same thing with voter fraud.

This is why I say democrats are evil. I have not seen one, NOT ONE, democrat lawmaker say they are concerned about any of this. Only deflect, twist, & lie. Republicans at least call out their own & turn on each other. Democrats NEVER do it. And when they do (i.e. Franken) it is really only half-hearted or with other intents (i.e. Moore). They are the demise of this country.

Waste of time and money. Just hang them and the rest of the cabal.

That's my concern as well. It's one thing to be ideologically pro big government and social programs and such, but another thing entirely to be pro using government to take down your political opponents criminally.

That is normal in Russia. Dems need to be confronted on their lack of outrage.

I agree. I was not clear in my earlier post. He changed the usage of "gross negligence" to "carelessness" so that he could make the statement about what a reasonable prosecutor would or would not do. Had he used the term "gross negligence" in describing what she did, he could not have said that no reasonable prosecutor would bring the case.

So the guy who wanted to say “gross negligence” (which is grounds for bringing charges against) decides on a lesser term which doesn’t lead to charges..... is not considered an accessory to a crime? Why?

It's word games. One is the synonym of the other. A distinction without a difference. It still falls in line with the statute. But his insistence in claiming that the standard of intent needed to be proven, was just enough to confuse the dull public and arm the hacks with enough mud to cloud the water.

His actions throughout are extremely calculating and should bring a chill up the spine of every American.

The fact that they screamed "Russia, Russia" & are practically still screaming it in regards to Trump collusion and then they have no interest in the fact that RUSSIA supplied lies to the Hillary & the DNC which ultimately was weaponized into mobilizing the FBI/DOJ to investigate Trump is just...astoundingly blatant bias. Hell, it's almost treasonous what they are doing now. It figures though. They accused Trump of being treasonous & we all know dems are guilty of what they accuse you of:

There is nothing breaking about this. It’s old news and more than a month old. Not illegal. Nothing will happen

It is new. We only knew about the "gross negligence" edit. The entirety of the edits shows an obvious pattern to water down the report. Their defence of writing a final report before ever even Interviewing all the key witnesses is their way of also explaining the edits. That they made changes to the report as new facts were collected. However, this new release utterly calls that into question.

1. "Grossly negligent" was removed twice & replaced with "extremely careless"...softening the terminology.

Sounds like someone from the Clinton cabal called up Comey and threatened his arse. He had to downgrade the language to not allow indictment and to save his own life from suicide.

I thought it was already shown that Szrok was responsible for this change in wording.
