That isn't what he is talking about. The elites use derranged folks to do their dirty work like sacrificing kids for specific rituals. The kids could have all been kidnapped prior and sacrificed on that day for a reason due to nothing more than ritualistic beliefs by the controllers.
Everything else around that day could have been fabricated to cover why so many dead kids were found in a school that was closed for asbestos removal that year.
Nobody really knows what or why happened that day.

seems that by creating a major international story like Sandy Hook, they heavily increase the likelihood of being outed
over 20 kids, which doesn't seem that much in the big picture all things considered (under the assumption of their immense power, i mean)

It has been covered by many outlets that the parents were not allowed to see their children that day.
That is why it was such a big deal when a family was recently busted saying publicly they got to hold their child at the scene that day when they had early said they were not able to see their child.
Huge red flag.
