So the feds really screwed up or their might be some other crime?
The search warrant itself will not give the alleged crime. It’s the underlying paperwork.
Unsealing it might not answer any questions.

Again the law you are referring to does not apply to the president. Presidential qualification are outlined in the constitution and federal law does not supersede the constitution.

They're going to go into DC Federal District Court with phony charges, seat a Jury of DC Democrats, and convict Trump of some inocuous crime. It's as clear as day. They are scared shitless of Trump.

They likely used the records act to conduct a full raid in search of a “real” crime that they hope would eliminate Trump from running.
They had to do it before he announced. That’s why it didn’t matter that they were talking as recently as 2 weeks ago about what material Trump was allowed to keep.

The requirements for becoming president are outlined in the constitution. A law or statute can't override those requirements. In a nutshell and prevision doesn't mean shite.

The Presidential Records Act isn't the only thing that could apply here. The FISA Amendment's Act that Trump signed in 2018 in response to Hillary's emails could as well.
That being said, I hope they just get back whatever docs they want and drop the whole thing so the country can move on.

A felon can run for President.
The requirements are minimal.
Actually, it seems felons can run for congress as well. Pretty sure there have been a few in there.

There is no way that anyone believes, at this point, that the FBI sent 30 agents to Florida to get 15 boxes and its all related to NARA. There is just no way.
