He’s not going to debate. Talarico is going to spin this as Paxton won’t debate on his home field.
But Fox isn’t Paxton’s home field. The establishment hates him. The GOP hates him. Talarico’s largest donor last cycle for Miriam Adelson.
The entire debate would be to smear Paxton and he knows this. Talarico supporters will be pissed, but Paxton’s best strategy is to just shut the hell up and stay out of the spotlight. Let the public get to know the true beliefs of a heretic and he will edge out a win.

The GOP drummed up the random idea of midterm convention in Dallas just to help push Paxton. This is absolutely a race because Paxton has zero charisma along with everything else he has going against him

i remember a 2016 republican debate hosted by fox. right out of the box, megyn kelly ask trump about calling women big fat pigs. she was going for a quick knock out punch. trump gave the perfect answer when he said, only rosie o'donnell. fox has pretty much been dead to me since. the early arizona call was the final straw. fox news like all the others is trash.
