This is a very fascinating case. Have a feeling this baw very well could get Clinton’ed before long.

A federal judge on Friday extended a deadline to formally indict defendant David J. Rush until Oct. 8, giving time for federal prosecutors and his attorney to finalize the plea deal and avoid a public trial that the parties said could involve significant litigation over classified material.

Yea no doubt he was getting paid off probably by a govt. it’s unnerving how they are always able to pull the “classified investigation” card which means they’re able to cut a deal with him which we won’t have any idea is happening.

Weird that he “wasn’t supposed to have the gold bars at his home” so whose money was it for? If it was his then he could have it where ever he wanted. Crazy that this is leaking out. Was he in the middle of an op? What a dumb arse

Some CIA agent/spook with $40 million of gold bullion in his basement is somebody the Trump DOJ needs to make a deal with......Brennan is probably freaking out.

It’s typically used as payment in operations to foreign parties. He must have overseen agents and was skimming off the top. Embezzlement on a grand scale.

Tax reason is probably why he was inflating income. He's got to be in some IRS trouble unless he declared the gold and paid about $12 million for it. If it was one of us the IRS wouldn't give a shite whos money it is. They'd go after him until he cleared up who it really belonged to. Either way he'd still be in trouble for helping the unknown owner.
