Careful, if you cross him your "Hank rating" may slip....
(Sorry, it's too easy and I'm a smart-azz)

Yeah....there's nothing more dooshy than someone who constantly brags about their supposed superior intellect.....right Hank?

If DiPrimo wanted to fabricate a lie about Trump's intelligence, would it not have been just as easy to do so during the campaign in 2016 as to do so in late 2017?
quote:Exactly. If Obama's professor told me a hundred times he was an idiot, I probably run with that during his campaign.
Might it not have served a greater purpose (in the mind of the purported liar) to fabricate such a lie during a Presidential primary or general election campaign than at a comparatively-unimportant time a year later?
quote:Actually, you're making my point.
Is it not MORE credible that Trump's insults of Tillerson and claims of genius-level intellect in 2017 might have given rise to a desire to publish Kelley's opinions regarding his former student?
It's pretty much absurd to think one would sit on such information during the campaign and after he was elected. THEREFORE, his sudden recollection of a conversation that is fortuitously timed to be a rebuttal to a current news item .....and of course.......is completely impossible to fact check...........is.........shall we say.........comical.
I mean dude. This is basically "Strategies for teen lying 101". DiPrima just doesn't appear to have grown out of it.

Can confirm....
Now I have to leave for a bit to cook some grits....outside....with some kids......

If DiPrimo were inherently a liar and willing to falsely-attribute his own views to his deceased friend, I think that he WOULD have done so during the campaign, rather than waiting until a comparatively-meaningless later point in time. He certainly had the opportunity, as he was a Kos contributor throughout the campaign and wrote a number of columns that can be described most-charitably as unfriendly to Trump ... but none of which dealt specifically with Trump's intellect, as far as I can tell from the article titles.
I think that it is MORE likely that he had the information in 2016 but simply did not raise the "intelligence" point until TRUMP made an issue of his own intelligence during the Tillerson debacle in 2017.
Either interpretation is reasonable. I think that mine is more-so, and you doubtless think the same of your analysis.
Neither of us is "lying," and I do not attribute to you any ill motives as result of the fact that we reach different conclusions from the same facts.

Both are reasonable.
Shorty's is more plausible.

Clearly you aren’t the most objective when it comes to Trump. Perhaps this sentence overstated the truth?
Again...you are doing more damage than good defending your original position. You are being objectively unreasonable.

Suggest Trump was on cocaine during a debate
Who has been talking about Trump being a criminal from day 1
Referred to Trump as a "Doofus" in an earlier column(but, didn't recall the Professor LOL)
Said he had a "bad brain" in another column.......again.....no professor
I could go on but hey, you read this list of column headlines and tell me this guy is anything but a complete fricking whack job
His History
quote:Well. Whoops. Actually, he did. See his columns.
I think that it is MORE likely that he had the information in 2016 but simply did not raise the "intelligence" point until TRUMP made an issue of his own intelligence during the Tillerson debacle in 2017.
quote:Your interpretation is an absurdity and I knew it was an absurdity from word go. Research of his history only confirms it. Perhaps you need to re-examine your ability to evaluate information when Trump is involved. Your TDS overwhelms your common sense.
Either interpretation is reasonable. I think that mine is more-so, and you doubtless think the same of your analysis.

I mean........frankly........he's making my point.
If it were true, there's basically no fricking chance this loon doesn't write about it sooner.
But, when did he write about it? Oh. Yeah. When the subject of intellect came up.
This is like a girlfriend suddenly "remembering" that time she saw you flirting with another woman a year ago........during an argument today about her flirting with a guy.

And, I mean........here's how suspect DiPrima's assertion was.
It was picked up BY frickING NO ONE on the left of consequence.
That really ought to tell you all you need to know.

I will add this.
There is basically no story I've ever told in my life that someone could say they've heard hundreds, or even dozens of times..........that literally NOfrickINBODYELSE has heard from me.
