I straight up would not take my kids to BP if they added that in there.
Don’t care about it on a personal level, but I want to have that conversation with my kids. I don’t want Disney to force my hand.
They also know they’d lose a large portion of money if they did this.

They do a survey every year and ask people what percentage of the US they think is gay. The results are incredible, with the average person thinking at least 20% of the population is gay. 
And you see it in tv shows and movies. The famous sidenote said aloud by a character: "They say 1 in 10 men are gay."

I've always said, if you slapped down some random European and had him watch two weeks of American TV, he'd tell you that 20% of the country is gay, 40% is black, and every friend group is maxed out at around 2-3 white people.

That’s the issue. If I don’t want to take my kids to love, Simon or call me by my name, it’s my prerogative.
When you put it in a movie made for the masses you’re taking my choice away for me and lose my business.
There’s a reason Marvel hasn’t touched this issue once in their movies. They may be all progressive in their politics but when it comes to making money, they play it safe.

Remember when the progressives used to scoff and laugh at the notion that endorsing gay sex would lead to spikes in STD's and AIDS and pedophilia?

If a European arrived in Bush International Airport in Houston, they would think that there are very little white people in the US. When my girlfriend arrived, she walked behind me and covered my eyes. I told her that I did not see her coming. She said well I was easy to find because I was the only one who was not “brown or Chineses”. I had not noticed until then, but I looked around and out of hundreds of people, I was the only white person.
