that would mean that a judge would actually have give them a chance to prove it. but all of those corrupt pieces of crap say no standing. gee, I wonder why.

This ^^^was a consistent problem. Very few courts even allowed the initial presentation of evidence.

You're right. He's being persecuted by demprogs trying to force him out of the election with piles of leftist BS. They are making a mockery of our system of justice with naked cases of gross double standards used as persecution. It's like they are taking a page from the USSR, Cuba or Nicaragua where opposition is a crime against the state.
