Obama was at war for every minute of his Presidency. Bush had a few months before going to war.

As destructive as Obama? False. We got Alito and Roberts as opposed to Kagan and Sotomayor. We got tax cuts rather than tax hikes. He put in place the Mexico City policy and pushed for and signed other conservative legislation. Was he as bold as Trump, no, but Bush was far preferable to Obama.

With what policies? What legislation? Obama did little to nothing in his whole tenure. I will say his crackdown on Predatory lending and new regulations for Credit Cards etc was something of value he did (which isn't saying much) but that had zero to do with the recession.

Obama had the benefit of basically negative interest rates for a significant portion of his time in office and still couldn't inspire any meaningful economic growth.

True and even worse. Put aside your Obama hate glasses and W’s administration was a complete disaster. Remember that Newt and Clinton had a budget surplus and were paying down the debt.

Now, you can’t blame W for 9/11 happening, but he either wasn’t smart or strong enough to recognize going into Iraq was the wrong move.

Trillions of dollars in debt, thousands of US lives and likely hundreds of thousands of Iraqi and Syrain lives, ISIS and the European refugee crisis are all related directly to toppling Sadam and destabilizing the region.

I’m a life long Rebublican with a 20+ year record of almost straight ticket voting, but GWB is literally one of the worst presidents in American History.

It doesn't work like that. A pro-business President replacing an anti-business one that starts pushing tax cuts, deregulation, renegotiating trade deals, etc. means he rightly gets the credit for that surge.

No question that Bush didn't have a single fricking thing to do with Dodd-Frank or the mortgage crisis. For that matter, Clinton gets credit for an internet bubble he DIDN'T create, but should get more credit for welfare reform (which Obama destroyed, BTW).

So, Obama never gets to 3% and Trump is generally above it all the time, and it was Obama?

W did it out of incompetence and a desire to try to get along with the Dems.

Obama did it because he prefers socialist shitholes and wants the U.S. to be one.

I know it doesn't work like that. Trump only threw gas on a growing fire.

Really not much difference between the 2. Not as bad as Lincoln or Wilson probably worse than every other President.

Obama was a disaster there is really no other way of saying it. Even nicely. Was having a discussion with a Business Partner of mine and we agreed that W was just as bad for our Country as Obama was. Neither seemed to be competent in what they were doing and both spent like Drunken Sailors.

I don't believe so, I believe George W Bush was a good man, in a situation he likely wasn't cut out for, or made out of the material to be in.

President Obama had intentions to "fundamentally change" our country and was a type of evil to this very country.

I think Obama could have been better if he was president during a time of relative peace

Not the right person for the job with all of the wars we were involved in

At one time I too thought this. But no more. Read up on Prescott Bush and all the shady stuff he was involved in. Look into HW's dealings in South Florida during the height of the Cocaine trade. Also considering the whole Bush family are Globalists and there is a lot of smoke there for the family to be just as evil as the Clinton's. W wasn't immune to this and knew about it all.

The trillions we are in debt over the Iraq war alone is what makes W worse than Obama. Never mind the thousands of soldiers lives lost or that the economy was in the gutter when W left office.

There is a reason people wanted a "Change" and were willing to vote for a fricking community organizer.

False.

We lost ground on personal privacy and liberty under Bush, mostly due to an unprecedented terrorist attack on our soil, and the ham-handed reaction to it. I find the people who want to blame the conflict in the ME on Bush and lies are almost invariably zealots and assholes who conveniently ignore scores of UN resolution violations, violations of the peace terms from GW1, and the fact that something like 94% of democrats were parroting what the administration was saying, and beating the war drums themselves.

Obama was your garden variety Marxist, who went about destroying the very fabric of this country in every way he could. There is no comparison. Bush should have to deal with history and the American people's opinions of his mediocre at best presidency. Obama should be stood up against a wall, and shot.

True. His were more out in the open because he was white, and he wasn't smart enough to hide them.
