She and Flynn have consciously chosen this. They asked Trump NOT to pardon Flynn so he can explicitly clear his name. The damage is already done to his reputation and bank account.

Well, this judge is still violating his right to a speedy trial as they were in the middle of one, and the prosecution decided to drop the trial. Now the judge is dragging it out by not allowing Flynn to change his plea that was produced under duress. The whole thing is a mess that should have ended when DOJ dropped the case. But no, now we have a judge BRINGING HIS OWN LAYWER INTO THE FRAY by what legal means I have no clue. shite needed to end a long time ago.

Flynn is screwed if Trump loses this election because this Judge is going to dig in on this. If Judge Sullivan ever gets the chance to sentence a Flynn he will give him the absolute maximum.
