Effective Sept 16th Florida Will Fine Any Organization or Business That Attempts to Discriminate Based on Vaccine Status, $5,000 Per Incident

quote:

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis is in the crosshairs of every leftist organization in the country.

The laser-like focus of the Florida legislature and executive branch toward the protection of individual liberty is really making the collectivist activist groups apoplectic.

Meanwhile, the value of real estate in the Sunshine State is skyrocketing; and jumpin’ ju-ju bones, the economy is on fire with freedom.

Now comes this… TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WJHG/WECP) – Florida will start issuing $5,000 fines to businesses, schools, and government agencies that require people to show proof of a COVID-19 vaccination.

Governor Ron DeSantis signed a bill earlier this year that banned vaccine passports. The fines will start on Sept. 16 if people are asked to show proof of a vaccine. Violators will have the chance to appeal but, once the fine is finalized, they will have 30 days to pay. (read more)

Why can’t they just realize no one is stopping them from getting one or doing what makes them feel safe?

They just really hate the fact they can’t control someone else.

Florida is looking more and more like a place I’d like to call home.

Right up until the flood of illegals and liberal Yankees turn it blue.

Damn shame what I’ve seen I’m my lifetime. Erosion of freedom, with penalties and punishments so severe, that an individual can’t really take a stand without losing their life’s work.

DeSantis is at least showing up to fight. Nothing but respect for him.

Florida is arguably more red now than it’s been since 1991

So question, does this impact business not based in Florida?

For example, United requires their employees to show proof of vaccination. Since they service numerous airports in Florida, will they be fined?

I work for a large company in Florida (500) , they don't tell you to get vaccinated but they are making us declare if we are vaccinated or not. A co-worker refused to declare and was let go this past Tuesday. He was a top notch guy too, not one of the bottom feaders.

He should have just said "I identify as vaccinated" and left it at that.

Just like Georgia, all it will take is a Marxist governor taking the reigns in a stolen election. Then all the laws will be thrown out the door and mandates will be in place. This is simply a Marxist Democrat take over of America...one state at a time.

Someone like Desantis with his policies will actually attract a ton of conservatives to move there while liberals won’t. Florida is trending back more red along with Iowa and Ohio.

Ironically if they go too far it will make them not safe. Leave us alone and they’ll be fine we will continue to ignore them

Doesn't matter how many conservatives are in a state if you steal the governor's mansion.

Be careful...

The final words of the Eagles song "The Last Resort":

quote:

They called it paradise,
I don't know why,
If you call someplace paradise
Kiss it goodbye.
