Florida: Man running for City Manager not Guatemalan enough to run.

Depends on the cook. If you are not a big fan of hot spices and love stews, Guatemala has you covered. Not a fan of corn tortillas, so Tex Mex for me. Save the corn for tacos and chips.

This is true. I've only experienced the authentic dishes made by Guatemalan wives of my friends. Their spin on certain dishes is absolutely delicious.I was a little scared to try at first but now I crave it.
