Low-level posters on a college football forum's political sub thinking the intel community has the resources or desire to look through their incoherent ramblings about "the left" will always be amusing.

And yet they prosecuted a guy for posting a joke meme on Twitter.

I’m sure that’s part of his imagination.

The prosecution has transcripts of exchanges between Mackey and four co-conspirators, in which they specifically discuss targeting that "meme" at Black persons because Trump could win IF there was low voter turnout among Blacks.

They suckered almost 5000 voters.

There are still other problems with the case, but it is hardly meritless.

I’m gonna need a flow chart to understand how a persons right to privacy allows them to end a life.

Link?
Last time I checked, there wasn’t a single voter who said they were fooled by the meme and didn’t vote attached to the case.

This is more support for my argument than against it.

Haha....this is rich:

quote:

According to the DOJ, before Election Day 2016, at least 4,900 unique telephone numbers texted to the number.

Texted.
No proof whatsoever they didn't go to the polls and actually vote.
No proof that it wasn't a bunch of Democrat Operatives.
No proof it wasn't a bunch of dope smoking kids in Mom's basement.

You need to read the article, it's even got comments from those really honorable folks at the Southern Poverty Outlaw Center....

If the DOJ says it, it must be true...

Haha...We know the DOJ's word is golden....

Any REAL Lawyer would shite all over this case and refuse to play idiot-contrarian....

Earlier in this thread, I said that I have not seen any data EITHER WAY as to whether any of them eventually voted in person, and I ASKED whether anyone had the data.

Regardless, the conspirator transcripts confirm the INTENT to keep certain voters away from the polls.

You seem to believe that the transcripts establish the opposite. I would love to hear your theory.

This type of meme was widely used against several candidates. The issue isn’t who was duped. The issue is why only Ricky Vaughn gets in trouble?

Kinda like why is Eric Holder skating for ignoring congressional subpoenas but Bannon and Navarro are fricked?

But we already know the answer. Stop acting like all this is some interesting, legitimate legal debate. It’s the opposite of that.

That would apply to every single major News Network, would it not?

Would it not apply to muh Russia Dossier?

It would apply to every Newspaper.

It would apply to more than half the posts on every Political message board in existence.

These "noble" Law Enforcement people are exceptionally selective in who they choose to bully and intimidate.

Saying this case has any merit whatsoever is simply biased any way you look at it.

If we applied this standard equally, Hillary Clinton and half the people working on her campaign would be in prison.

Not to mention the fine people at the Washington Post and other rags who ADMITTED they would abandon any standards of truth and or objectivity to keep Trump from being elected.

He politely asked you for a link that will show proof that 5,000 voters were "suckered" as you affirmatively stated.

Are you not going to post it?

They should arrest the guys who cooked up the Gorilla Channel ruse too. Why not?

Libs everywhere believed it…. Of course, when it came to Trump, there was almost NOTHING they wouldn’t swallow.

That’s the legal hurdle we need to clear according to the learned legal mind ProggyHank: are liberals stupid enough to believe the joke?

shite, by those standards, we can jail Hillary and Chris a Steele!
