I don't know what your political leanings are and I don't care. I've read takes from time to time I don't agree with but you're never irrational, not at all. These frickers looooove taking your shite out of context and beating you over the head with it.
I'm a pretty average guy but on this board I feel superior and I like it. I think that's why I keep coming back. It's good for my self esteem.

Horribly tragic shooting. Just horrible news to wake up to.
We've gotta get people off these emotionally-numbing drugs. I guarantee you this shooter will have a shitload of drugs in their system. Easier for psychos to do shite like this when what's left of their brain is on another planet.

But we don't actually know that a single gay person was shot. We don't actually know if the shooter was gay or not, or if it was a man or woman (or which of the 52 genders), or the race, age, religion.
We got nothing but the word 'gay'.
Throwing that and that alone out there does nothing but fuel the public's imagination.

I am privy to it.
I grew up with a gay brother and was around alot of gay guys over the years. I know how they act.
They were all ok dudes but I don't pretend they're not disease spreading sexual deviants either. After all, they're men.

You know why it matters. It's a class the Left considers (and heavily promotes as) being constantly victimized. The implication, therefore, is that the attack was motivated solely because gay people go there and thus it was done by anti-homosexuals, likely white, male Christians.
If it comes out that this was done by another "victim" group (some gay guy shot the place up after finding his man getting a handy from some other guy, Muslims attacked it in the name of Islam, etc), this story will quickly go away just like we saw with #StopAsianHate disappear once the majority of videos of attacks on asians showed the attackers were primarily young, black males.
